Tender for Kleinmond Caravan Park finalized

KLEINMOND – The Mayoral Committee on Wednesday approved the lease of the Kleinmond Caravan Park to Gapspot (Pty) Ltd, The lease period is for 25 years. The rental is R10 000pm. In principle approval for leasing the property was given in 2020. At this stage we still have no idea what the developer is planning….
